Back in the early years of our republic, there were quite a few more federal laws, that if broken, could result in the death penalty.

For example, the Mint Act of 1792 authorized the death penalty for any Mint employee committing fraud or otherwise embezzling Mint resources.

Just think of how long the line would be leading to the gallows if government employees today were held to the same standard.

Harboring or shielding an illegal alien who then kills someone is also punishable by death.

Maybe Pam Bondi needs to put the death penalty on the table when people leak ICE raids.

Despite what Tim Homan says, America has lost its will to uphold the law. Every day, murderers walk out of jail cells, back on the street. Trump should just shut down all the court houses.
