This won’t last long.............
I guess without FAFSA information, the Student Loan system goes out of Business.
Oh well.
Time to impeach this stooge.
It is ridiculous because DOGE is the government, and the same government already has this information.
The challenge to her needs to be that DOGE is in fact part of the government and administration, that is, the Executive branch, and there is no legal standing for government employees data already recorded by government agencies from being seen by other government agencies.
DOGE are not outsiders. They are appointed government agents.
When these rulings hit Elon should lock down the computer systems.
Do as dems would. Ignore and carry on.
Ignore. Send in troops if necessary
All those items are public information. It’s not like it shows grades or attendance...blah, blah, blah
They are moving money to offshore accounts as this is being written.
Juck these Fudges.
Looks to. We’ll see.
So, the Department of Education bureacrats have more authority than the President of the United States. And, lower court judges has supreme authority. Did not know that.
Perfect and very very effective.
Biden’s swamp monster on the job, apparently.
Any agency that refuses to be audited should be immediately shut down.
I thought that department was being closed.
Trump needs to go into the building with the DOGE team , if that’s what they do, see if some punk judge rules the data cannot be seen by POTUS. It would take only one such trip and the strategy would collapse across the board.
I dont understand why Trump just doesn’t appoint those in DOGE as inspector generals, whos sole job is conducting audits, investigations, and evaluations to detect and prevent fraud, waste, abuse, and mismanagement within the agency’s programs and operation.
Then he would be standing on firm settled law ground
President Trump has the authority to delegate any authority he wishes to anyone he wishes.
There is no more firmly settled ground than that.
The judge is insane.
