Author states less intelligent are not shown to be out-breeding and mentions a study.

Well several other studies say the opposite. Professor Dutton has a PHD in a very related field and he has many videos with sources. Matter of fact here is a playlist:

Yet as a Canadian he is a a typical smug CANUCK, ignoring his countries short falls while focusing on ours. Besides the fact Canada has many of the same problems, such as I recall reading somewhere Canadians are happily replacing themselves. Something like 1/3 of people in Canada are foreign born.

Also we see left wing Canada running roughshod over Canadian rights, anyone remember the reporter being arrested because he actually asked a politician a question?

‘GESTAPO’: Canadian Reporter Arrested for Questioning Deputy Prime Minister”.

In the last decade, achievement scores have been falling — and gaps have been widening. Why is a huge unanswered question.

This story originally appeared at The 74, a nonprofit news site covering education.

There’s no way to sugarcoat it: Americans have been getting dumber.

Across a wide range of national and international tests, grade levels and subject areas, American achievement scores peaked about a decade ago and have been falling ever since.

Will the new NAEP scores — our nation’s report card — coming out on January 29 show a halt to those trends? We shall see. But even if those scores indicate a slight rebound off the COVID-era lows, policymakers should seek to understand what caused the previous decade’s decline.

There’s a lot of blame to go around, from cellphones and social media to federal accountability policies. But before getting into theories and potential solutions, let’s start with the data.
