Please, do all the energy efficiency standards. The ceiling fans come with, I kid you not, six watt bulbs. Do you know how much light you get from six watts? It’s like turning on the dark.
Then there’s all the new refrigerants that are only about twenty percent as efficient as the previous ones. All for saving the planet and making replacing an air conditioner as expensive as buying a low mileage truck.
Could be a boom.
BTTT!
I’m not sure how an EO can “cut regulation”.
If people realized how difficult it is to get any medical product on the market they’d be happy about this.
Much of what your doctor uses came before the 1970s.
Difficult unless you’re a large company, say like Pfizer.
[[The ceiling fans come with, I kid you not, six watt bulbs. ]]
fathers everywhere are changing out 80 watt bulbs for 6 watt ones now lol
Johnson said they’re going to make it into law.
Quickest thing to do is cut every Biden Era new regulation and reauthorize those cuts from the 2016 term that Biden removed.
New ones might take some study before authorizing.
6??!!!!
What is it for, bats?!
Five/six years ago, while rehabbing an old house in summer, I picked up an old a/c that was at least 30 years old. That beast could chill a whole gymnasium by itself. 'Til death do us part!
Meanwhile my Dad's got a Sears Kenmore fridge in constant use since early 1970's. Never been serviced. Even the gaskets are still good.
Cousin's got an old Sub-Zero, super-expensive, needs a little attention now and then and the company provides free servicing for life.
I saw a very sexy fridge in Home Depot a while back -- glossy paneled decorator color, the "Bespoke" line from Samsung. Well over $2k. Tempting, but...you never hear anything good about new refrigerators.
I saw that too
Sounds good :)
I keep saying that lately w/r/t Trumps work
“Do you know how much light you get from six watts? It’s like turning on the dark.”
You mean when you have to strike a match to see if the light is on? ;-)
I think a big deal would be for congress to outlaw it’s ability to create federal laws where there are already state laws. And to immediately rescind every federal law that does so.

And this crap keeps honest people from willing to fix your air conditioner. just replace it. I did have to do that this last summer.
An EO created them.

With led bulbs, watts don’t determine brightness, lumens do.
If your 6 watt bulb produces 2000 lumens, your pretty bright.
hmmm .. Ok
If there were no mining safety regulations, would you go and work in that mine?
I said duplicate laws. If The state doesn’t regulate it and the feds do that’s fine. but if you get rid of the fed duplication i would say you get rid of most of the fed. This is the ploy of commies. to eliminate the states.
