You don’t have a choice, Kathy. I see contempt of court in your future.

This is what you voted for New York? Just how stupid does a Democrat need to be before you stop mindlessly bot voting for your party masters?

Last week, I received a request to extradite a New York doctor who provided life-saving abortion medication to a patient. I have reached the point where I want to hit someone in the mouth when I hear them lying like this.
Nothing "life saving" about abortion.
And that "doctor" needs to go to prison for violating Texas Law.

Not being allowed to abort her baby COULD have made her depressed and possibly suicidal.

“life saving abortion”
Gobsmacked at seeing those three words strung together.

This is what you voted for New York? After awhile, this just gets stupid. If Dems can rig a federal election, state is easy-peasy. Virtue signalling isn't just on the left, is it.

Louisiana needs to sue in federal court. There are only four grounds upon which the governor of the asylum state may deny another state's request for extradition:
1) the extradition documents facially are not in order;
2)the person has not been charged with a crime in the demanding state;
3)the person is not the person named in the extradition documents; or
4)the person is not a fugitive.
There are no grounds for Hochul to refuse and under the Extradition Clause in the US Constitution and the SCOTUS' decision in Puerto Rico vs Branstad (1987) she has no discretion to refuse.

In addition to not being a good leader (understatement) she comes off as desperately trying to ingratiate herself to the fringes of the D party which were repudiated in the last election.

I’m wondering if a referral to the USPS Inspector would be a valid route for a charge of moving contraband via the mail.
