Central Ohio here. While waiting sometimes for the weather to break, my county roadside mowing crew will stop for coffee at a Flying Js along I-70.

It’s been a few months since we have stooped in, but back then I think it safe to say the foot traffic into the store was at least 33% Latino.

Wondering what it is now. I might do a trip down there for a field report.

I missed lurking the stores at the first of this month but typically the EBT shopping will continue to string along for days afterwards. Didn't look like I was stepping into the United Nations this week and the traffic on the streets has even been lower

 

 

Though the large shopping expeditions around here tend to happen after dark, wasn't gonna hang around to watch for any of those.
