Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth has ordered the US Air Force to return training modules about the Tuskegee Airmen and Women's Airforce Service Pilots, or WASPs, to the basic training curriculum. This training was reported as canceled Friday, an alleged casualty of President Trump's anti-DEI executive order; see The Air Force Seems to Have Decided to Use Malicious Compliance to Fight Trump's DEI Order – RedState.
**** While this crushes this rebellion, there is more work to do. The people behind it are open about their intentions. This is a clip from a closed Facebook group called "Service Academy Women." The author is apparently a former Army intelligence officer.
For those of you who are still in uniform or are civil servants, here are some ideas on how to quietly and effectively resist from within. Pick your battles carefully, don't take it too far, and leave no trace.
1. Rigorous Adherence to Protocols • Insist on following every policy, procedure, and step to the letter, even when it slows down processes. This is sometimes called "malicious compliance" but remains within legal boundaries. • For example, require extensive documentation, reviews, and approvals before implementing policies or directives.
2. Bureaucratic Delay • Use bureaucratic processes to slow down decisions or implementation of policies. For example: • Ask for clarifications or additional information. • Escalate issues for further review or approval. • Invoke requirements for internal audits, legal reviews, or compliance checks.
3. Over-Communicate • Share all directives widely within your chain of command or among relevant stakeholders. Increased visibility can delay or complicate actions that might otherwise proceed unchallenged.
4. Raise Endless Questions • Consistently seek detailed clarifications or propose alternatives during meetings. Framing questions as ensuring "due diligence" can slow momentum while appearing constructive.
5. Prioritize Other Tasks • Place directives or projects you oppose lower on your priority list while focusing on higher-priority or more pressing issues. This can naturally delay their implementation.
6. Strategic Interpretation • Apply directives in a way that technically complies with orders but undermines their intended outcomes. For example: • Carry out actions with minimal impact or effectiveness. • Overcomplicate tasks to create bottlenecks.
These people are treasonous.
I don’t think this less than honorable daughter of dishonorable female dog knows what malicious compliance means.
Asking repeated assine questions to a supervisor, especially in the military, is not a workable strategy
7. Keep doing the above for the next 4 years so that all of your higher command will value your contributions and want to promote you.
Sounds like insubordination to me. I would imagine Hegseth is well aware and has ways of dealing with these stubborn individuals.
“...These people are treasonous....”
Yep. They’’ve been groomed and have totally bought into the communist lies.
They, for sure, need to purged, if not outright arrested for treason.
A decent commander could cut that very short with a direct order, close supervision, and immediate tough consequences for deliberate sabotage and malingeriing.
Demotions are in order for sure maybe dishonorable discharges. Depending on the case.
Sec. of Defense Hegseth, is apparently, also going to have to reinstate the rights of academy cadets, to address their parents as mom and dad, mother and father.
I’ve heard the Air Force Chief of Staff is Woke. Pete might need to get rid of him if he doesn’t get in line.
Chairman of joint chiefs CQ Brown needs to be called in for a come to Jesus meeting. Let him know in no uncertain terms that if it happens again and he doesn’t know about it and kill it before the SecDef does, he’s fired.
Exactly.
And a demotion and court marshall, if it continues
Dishonorable discharge, lost of pension and benefits for a few of these clowns ] and rest of the rats will stop playing
Rats love these games because they think they are immune to consequences.
Time to start having consequences again
Hegseth should probably request all Obama/Biden Generals to resign.
Three years ago, I told my nephew and his high school buddies - Do NOT enlist in the military. You should sacrifice yourself and your loyalty to Biden corruption, DEI marxism or the LGBTQ agenda.
Reading this article, I still agree with my decision.
We'll see if I revise it in the coming years.
Hegseth should probably request all Obama/Biden Generals to resign.
><
That’s right. Obama did it to the good generals and admirals.
More than two can play that game. "Wrecking"
Sounds like a good guidebook to being omitted from promotion lists forever.
Ask them to retire. Promote MAGA Leaders.
I noticed that chairman of the joint chiefs is still there. Why is he being renewed as chairman?
