PARDONGATE: Donald Trump should ignore the preemptive, blanket pardons just issued by whoever is running the Biden WH. Specifically, President Trump should immediately court-martial Milley and proceed as appropriate in criminally investigating Fauci and any one else on the Biden's list. The blanket pardons issued by Biden are invalid and constitutional nullities and should be considered to have no legal force or effect.

The staffers didn’t get pardons.
Go after #2, #3, #4 ... #N in chain of command and get then to turn for a deal.

It should be easy to prove if Biden played a role in the pardons or if they were prepared by staff without Biden reading.
It should also be easy to determine who was actually making the decisions in the White House for the last few months. Laying the actual evidence of the fraud out to the American people is much more important than court martialing Milley and prosecuting Fauci first. Once the fraud is completely exposed with undeniable evidence, the American people will demand those involved be appropriately dealt with, pardon or not.
Bannon was recommending that General Milley be recalled to active duty and be court-martialed under the UCMJ. He did commit treason by advising China and assuring them that he would not carry out Trump’s orders. He has to answer those charges. His defense might be the Biden Pardon, but that will be litigated. This would be a good place to start.
Any pardon that the demented, corrupt Biden did not sign personally or was stamped by a Biden cabal flunkie, should be contested and declaredinvalid. Milley should be called back to active duty, demoted in rank, ordered to Gauntonamo to clean toilets. If he refuses ,he should be arrested for insubordination, thrown into a military prison as he awaits court martial.
Whomever it is is committing a fraud against the United States by exercising the powers of the President without the consent of the American people. When Biden turns his back on reporters and walks away without answering their questions, I think it's because he doesn't know what they're talking about because it was stuff done by others using the powers of his office. The 25th amendment is there as a constitutional means to reassign the powers of an incapacitated President, and it requires the consent of the Cabinet. Nowhere does it let a Cabinet member assume those powers on the President's behalf -- that falls to the Vice President. If an aide is the person who's issuing these last-minute executive orders, or pardons, or medals, then this must be investigated and prosecuted as the coup d'etat that it is.
The only thing I might think could be challenged is whether or not the President actually issued the pardon or was it done by a staffer under the President's name, and the President is unaware or mentally incapacitated enough to not understand what was done. The power doesn't belong to the "office-at-large," it belongs to the person. If the person is not of sound mind and cannot recall the pardon, then perhaps the pardon could be challenged as not coming from the elected President himself?
It would essentially be a fraud committed on the people of the United States, but it would be a long haul to prove it, though.
It can be a potential constitutional crisis. If the President is mentally incapable of carrying out his duties (e.g., issuing pardons), the solution is not to have an unelected staffer issue the pardons in his name. The solution is to invoke the 25th amendment to declare the President unable to carry out the powers and duties of his office, and then let the Acting President issue the pardons.

Turds must be flushed. Go after these vermin with determination please. We want to hear not only the lamentations of their womyn, but screaming and pleading by the perps themselves. The guillotine would be only too good for them.
Actually yes, go after the staffers and underlings. It will be much more effective to show their quislings just how disposable they are left holding the bag> This will undercut a lot of support in the future for the perform princes and wanna be elite noble when the common folk know they will be sacrificed!
The president has no limits on pardons on federal crimes. That’s a fact like gravity is a fact. The preemptive pardon has a precedent with Ford’s pardon of Nixon.
What I have seen reported is that once a pardon has been issued, that person loses the right to invoke the 5th Amendment for that crime. SO, that means every corrupt SOB who got a pardon must now testify under oath. They can’t avoid it or lie or take the 5th or they can face court sanctions (If not a Marxist judge). Also, this can expose all of them to the public, destroy their reputation forever, and for acting members of Congress and the courts, provide grounds for impeachment.
Better? Worse? That is for you to decide.
IMHO, Jill was the one doing all the dirty work. Hiding in plain sight. She was photographed READING the daily Security Briefings!!!!!!!!!...............
Somebody needs to swing to illustrate having a real laws with a real justice system in this country.
Have a lot of respect for Tom Finton, but is he correct - these pardons are invalid?
Honestly, we need to put all this behind us.
LOL...see THAT is why the Leftists are scared to death of AI.
It will tell the truth when they don’t want it to!
However, there were a lot of policy Executive Orders that were written, too, that I'd think that Jill didn't have the experience to write about in such a detailed way.
That's why I thought it was a staffer like Blinken or Sullivan who has been behind it all.

I’m not a lawyer, nor a Constitutional Scholar, but just using common sense, these PREEMPTIVE Pardons are not only unconstitutional, but are DANGEROUS as well.
They could be used to excuse murder, theft and all sorts of criminal behavior during an administration. Just do whatever you want and the POTUS will pardon you so you don’t have to worry about prison or anything..............
A legal act by a person who is not mentally competent is a nullity. I have never heard of a “Brain Dead President” exception to this rule. While competent President can delegate his authority to subordinates to some extent (whether that extends to pardons, I don’t know), but any Principal-Agent relationship generally terminates at incompetency of the principal.
