Forget General Milley, Joe Biden Just Pardoned Lawfare Operative Mary McCord
The Conservative Treehouse ^ | 1/20/2024 | Sundance

Posted on 01/20/2025 12:21:51 PM PST by sopo

This is so far beyond corrupt, the light from where corruption emanates could not catch this level of corruption for a year. Let us be clear. Joe Biden didn’t actually pardon anyone. Biden wouldn’t know who, how, or what a preemptive pardon actually is.

Nope, the non-pretending version of what just happened is: the people who control Joe Biden, just used the tool he represents to pardon themselves.

No one has picked up on this yet, but the people in control of the pardoning process Joe Biden represents, just pardoned themselves; including Mary McCord. Notice the wording (emphasis mine):

Remember, if any of them accept the pardon, they can be summoned to testify and CANNOT claim 5th amendment. Going to be interesting to see who does/does not accept it and the legal drama to follow.

She loses a security clearance, can be sued civilly and it’s a near guarantee she has done something criminal at least once in Texas, or Florida, or something with enough of a nexus to charge her under a state law.

Assume the implication of this is they can be charged for perjury if they lie...?

I have no doubt someone put a sign-up list on a clipboard for “pardons” and created forms, printed them up and placed them in front of the senile diaper-full-of-feces for his signature.

In another irony, McCord is a Professor of Constitutional Law at Georgetown University (Deep State U)

Maybe she’ll get “carjacked” at a gas station. I think I saw that on the Sopranos.

Yeah. Maybe Bloody Mary will have to allocute to the crime. That’s the usual requirement for a pardon.

Operative Mary McCord Testifies During Senate Confirmation Hearing that AG Nominee Pam Bondi Should Recuse Herself from Investigating Trump Targeting Operation
The Conservative Tree House ^ | 16 Jan, 2025 | Sundance

Sometimes DC is a fishbowl, and they don’t realize the background of what we know, when they are speaking. Testimony today is a case study of one bubble within that fishbowl. Former House Impeachment Manager Adam Schiff organized the first impeachment effort against President Donald Trump. Schiff is now a Senator. Schiff’s former lead staff in the impeachment investigation was Mary McCord.

Today, during the question session for AG Pam Bondi’s nomination, Adam Schiff asked Mary McCord about whether AG Bondi should recuse herself from investigating Adam Schiff and Mary McCord. It’s a little funny if you understand the background.

I prompted the video to the part at 01:36:14 when Schiff asks McCord, and Mrs. McCord responds with “yes, Pam Bondi should recuse.” WATCH: [video at link]

Mary McCord says Pam Bondi must recuse herself from any investigative outcome related to the first impeachment effort. Who was the lead staff working for Adam Schiff and Jerry Nadler on the first impeachment effort? Mary McCord.

Now, triggering that first impeachment effort… Who worked with ICIG Michael Atkinson to change the CIA whistleblower regulations permitting an anonymous complaint? Yep, that would be the same Mary McCord.

In essence, the woman who organized, structured, led and coordinated the first impeachment effort, says Pam Bondi must recuse herself from investigating the organization, structure, leadership and coordination of the first impeachment effort....

Yes, but "acceptance" only occurs if the person chooses to file the pardon in a court in response to a criminal proceeding. They don't have to announce when called to testify whether they are accepting it or not. They can just keep that pardon in their hip pocket and only file it when it is most convenient for them.

Put out the word that as long as she teaches at Georgetown, the US government will not hire any of their graduates due to substandard training by a criminal who required a pardon.

They better not lie under oath either. There won’t be a pardon for that. This may be a bigger can of worms than they think.

So, can McCord or others be investigated for things NOT related to the J6 committee? That pardon seems to be narrowly defined versus her expansive illegal lawfare.

The Devil is in the Details, will the Pardon protect her?

To give you an idea of the scope of influence of Mary McCord as a key functionary, consider what we can document.

♦ McCord submitted the fraudulent FISA application to spy on Trump campaign.

♦ McCord created the “Logan Act” claim used against Michael Flynn and then went with Sally Yates to confront the White House.

♦ McCord then left the DOJ and went to work for Adam Schiff and Jerry Nadler on Impeachment Committee.

♦ McCord organized the CIA rule changes with Intelligence Community Inspector General Michael Atkinson.

♦ McCord led and organized the impeachment effort, in the background, using the evidence she helped create.

♦ McCord joined the FISA Court to protect against DOJ IG Michael Horowitz newly gained NSD oversight and FISA review.

♦ McCord joined the J6 Committee helping to create all the lawfare angles they deployed.

♦ McCord then coordinated with DA Fani Willis in Georgia.

♦ McCord was working with Special Counsel Jack Smith to prosecute Trump.

♦ McCord is now coordinating a Lawfare attack process against Donald Trump in term #2

♦ McCord just testified that AG Pam Bondi must recuse herself from investigating McCord.

♦ Joe Biden just pardoned Mary McCord.

Norm Eisen didn’t get tone I guess, there has to be RICO there, and she has to testify.
