A January 6th defendant on the run from the Biden Regime that was granted political asylum and refugee status by the President of Belarus is asking President Trump for help.
In an exclusive interview with the Gateway Pundit, Evan Neumann of California is pleading with President Trump for a pardon so he can return home to United States to be with his two children.
Neumann has spent the past 3 and a half years as a political refugee in Belarus after escaping Biden’s FBI and the Ukrainian SBU (Secret Service) by ditching his electronics and walking 18 hours through a swamp from Ukraine to Belarus. “I followed the stars to navigate because my phone would have tracked me,” Neumann said.
Please watch his fascinating and untold story here. YOU CAN’T MAKE THIS STUFF UP:

Anyone who goes behind the Iron Curtain is always taking a big chance.
A relative of ours went on a pair of eastern Europe tours back before The Wall came down, and we always wondered how he managed to do that. He came down with an illness and was hospitalized in one of the Balkans, after which he somehow managed to have a dalliance with a well-known regional beauty (and despite how we joked about it, she really was quite a looker).
Some of the family suspected him of being a spook, and to be honest, he DID seem to have a lot of unusual episodes in his life.
“Anyone who goes behind the Iron Curtain is always taking a big chance.”
Agree, which is why he wouldn’t go back to the US until Biden was gone.
Damn lucky he got out of Ukraine. Gonzalo Lira wasn’t that lucky and Victoria Nuland (Neocon instigator of Ukraine War) made sure that his days on this planet would quickly end.
What an incredible story. Hopefully Trump gets him back home.

It is absolutely certain that Trump will make this guy a national hero. There will also is a movie made on this incredible story.
Let’s hope. I can’t believe they have gave him permission to open an American hamburger eatery. I guess having political asylum has its perks.
I’m old enough to remember when dissident Christians would flee the Soviet Union and seek refuge from political oppression in America.
My, how things have changed.
For some reason I don’t feel sorry for this person. I should since he’s a J6’er I should have sympathy. But going to Belarus is much like Ed Snowden going to Russia.
Regardless, I wish him the best. And Trump after sorting this out, finds Neumann to be an honorable person, does help him.
I made the “honorable person” statement simply because GP does not always include pertinent facts in its clickbait.
Not only grant a pardon, but send a plane to pick him up and take him home.
He's a US citizen and can return any time he wants. I don't think Trump's Justice Department will be going after the J-6s after tomorrow.
The Biden regime has turned patriots into political prisoners and used its power to torture political opponents and reward violent criminals. In some cases, it has tried to murder the opposition by manipulating and exploiting the law for unlawful objectives. It did this by raiding the former (at the time) president’s residence. It did this by authorizing deadly force in this raid.
The Biden regime and its allies also illegally destroyed exculpatory evidence that favored J6ers and used known intelligence methods to severely harm political targets. In the case of this particular J6er, the Biden regime knowingly targeted him for assassination by falsely labeling him as “armed and dangerous” with zero evidence. The Biden regime already had Gonzalo Lira, a citizen journalist, assassinated in Ukraine for speaking ill of both administrations.
These crimes cannot be treated as business as usual. If people are not held accountable these types of crimes will continue and will escalate.
Zelensky cannot be allowed to keep his position nor the ill-gotten wealth he siphoned from America. The Biden-Zelensky alliance must be purged from American politics entirely.
Biden can issue blanket pardons until noon tomorrow, but they will not exempt anyone from the repercussions of being an “enemy within”. Our domestic enemies are not just foreigners here to commit acts of terrorism. These also include the Deep State cabal and its allies, and it must be dismantled. Those who have been part of it cannot get a free pass if they do not unconditionally surrender, and actively and fully cooperate with bringing the Beast down. Otherwise, their inaction is a continuation of their crimes.
Article 77 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ) defines who can be held liable as a principal in a crime. It outlines the circumstances under which a person can be found guilty of an offense, even if he or she did not directly commit a criminal act. Here are the key aspects of Article 77:
• Aiding and Abetting: Article 77 states that a person can be held liable as a principal if they aid or abet in the commission of an offense. This means that even if someone does not personally commit all the acts necessary for the offense, they can still be guilty if they assist, encourage, advise, counsel, or command another person in the commission of the offense.
• Shared Criminal Purpose: To be considered a principal under an aiding and abetting theory, the person must also share in the criminal purpose or design of the offense. This means they must have the specific intent to facilitate the crime by another person and have guilty knowledge that an offense was being committed. They must also participate in the commission of the offense.
• Affirmative Step: Article 77 generally requires an affirmative step on the part of the accused. The accused must associate themselves with the venture and participate in it as something they wish to bring about and seek by their action to make it succeed. However, it is noted that in some cases inaction may be sufficient to establish guilt.
• Inaction and Duty to Act: In some circumstances, inaction may make a person liable as a principal, particularly if there is a duty to act. If a person has a duty to interfere in the commission of an offense but does not, that person can be a party to the crime if such noninterference is intended to and does operate as an aid or encouragement to the actual perpetrator.
• Specific Intent: The accused must have the specific intent to facilitate the crime by another. To the extent that the Deep State may be sex trafficking children, what a person knows is a factor. In cases involving indecent assault, the accomplice must share in the perpetrator’s criminal purpose and intend to facilitate the intent of the perpetrator with respect to the commission of the offense. They must also admit to sharing the perpetrator’s intent to gratify the perpetrator’s lust or sexual desires.
• Mere Presence: Mere presence at the scene of a crime is not enough to establish guilt as a principal. The law requires a ‘concert of purpose’ or the aiding or encouraging of the perpetrator of the offense and a conscious sharing of their criminal intent.
• Vicarious Liability: Article 77 can also be used to establish vicarious liability for a co-conspirator, even if it is not specifically alleged in the pleadings.
A person can be criminally liable for inaction or failing to inform authorities about ongoing criminal acts under specific circumstances according to Article 77, UCMJ, if there is both an act of encouragement and an intent, even for those who have been given a pardon. Those who have sworn to uphold the Constitution in the course of their government duties may have greater liability and culpability.

Here’s a list of the cases cited that are the basis for criminal liability for inaction or failure to disclose important information to authorities:
• United States v. Simpson, 81 M.J. 33
• United States v. Bennitt, 72 M.J. 266
• United States v. Vela, 71 M.J. 283
• United States v. Mitchell, 66 M.J. 176
• United States v. Simmons, 63 M.J. 89
• United States v. Gosselin, 62 M.J. 349
• United States v. Browning, 54 MJ 1
• United States v. Thompson, 50 MJ 57
A Biden pardon does not provide immunity from the continuing and ongoing crimes of inaction by those who were part of a criminal enterprise or who knowingly aided and abetted crimes.
This guy needs to lose his citizenship.
He was one of the agents provocateur.
Incredible, no. He was one of the violent ones and moved the barricades, using one as a battering ram, which caused innocent people to get arrested when they unknowingly crossed into restricted areas.
He showed up at the Capitol with a gas mask, looking to cause trouble.
No Trump supporters go to Trump speeches with gas masks.
No Trump supporters move barricades.
No Trump supporters use barricades as battering rams to destroy property.
This creep is from Nancy Pelosi’s San Francisco, and served as an agent provocateur, if not for Pelosi then very likely on behalf of a foreign power to give her fodder for going after Trump.
Nothing about this guy suggests conservatism.
He was charged for breaking down barricades, picking up the metal supports, and assaulting four different police officers. That means he was part of the first wave storming the Capitol Building, not the second wave that was let in.
As a reminder, it was Kash Patel who had those barricades put up. Don't be surprised when Neumann's plight is not one of Patel's or Trump's priorities.
