California is using emissions level testing to restrict old and classic cars.
I bought a 1979 VW beetle convertible from my uncle last year because it would not pass the smog test. My uncle bought it new in 1979 and worked to keep it in good running condition but in 2024, the state declared that it was not road worthy because of it’s exhaust emissions. He is retired and drove it maybe once a week.
The people who write these laws assume their helicopter will get them where they need to be
