Sure sounds like it was taken right out of Atlas Shrugged, doesn't it?
But here's the catch. If the insurance companies dropped their Homeowners insurance because the Reservoir was dry and the hydrants weren't maintained the homeowners not only lost their home because of gross negligence they are also unable to rebuild because of it. The homeowners need to find out why the insurance dropped them. If it was because of the dry reservoir there needs to be a lawsuit.
