As I previously reported, among the stories about the mysterious drones in New Jersey, there was a concerning story about a bunch of drones following a Coast Guard vessel off of the Garden State.
But now the word is that Coast Guard members aren't too happy with what the White House said in dismissing their experience. One of the members of the crew is speaking out and refuting what the White House is saying about the drones.
The Coast Guard member spoke exclusively to the NY Post and described what they saw. He said they were looking for drones, but the drones "found us." He said there were possibly as many as 30.
The drones “appeared out of nowhere” at about 9 p.m., and followed the boat for approximately 15 minutes, he said. When the vessel shifted course, so too did the drones.
“I’m terrible with measurements, but [the swarm] was about 80 to 100 feet above us. They had four propellers. Seven feet across. The flashing lights, like you’ve seen. The festive green, red, and white lights.”
He said the drones kept pace with the boat at about 20 miles per hour.
The drones then reportedly climbed 100 feet higher, turned toward shore, and went out of sight.
White House NSC spokesperson John Kirby dismissed the drone incidents in general and this particular incident.
“We have not identified anything anomalous or any national security or public safety risk over the civilian airspace in New Jersey or other states in the Northeast. The work continues,” Kirby went on.
Kirby said the Coast Guard likely mistook incoming airliners for drones and said the government confirmed forensically the encounter did not involve drones.
But the Coast Guard member blew the White House claims right out of the water.
“It’s the implication that’s insulting,” said the Coast Guard member, who spoke on condition of anonymity. “It’s implying we’re making sh-t up, when the ones making up sh-t are down in Washington, D.C.” [....]
“Commercial airplanes don’t move like that,” he said. “I’ve been out there [on the water] when planes were coming in for landings in New York, and trust me, you can tell the difference. We’re not idiots, we know what drones look and sound like.”
He said they "weren’t the types of drones you can buy at the store. These were government drones.”
“I don’t care what Kirby or [DHS head Alejandro] Mayorkas say,” the Coast Guard member responded, “they’re full of sh-t.”
Despite the Biden team claiming it's nothing, the FAA has banned drone operations over parts of N.J. until Jan. 17 within a mile of specified areas for security reasons.
Finally, the FAA has banned drones over parts of New Jersey, threatening “deadly force” for “imminent security threat.”

They're also threatening to shoot drones down if they pose an imminent threat. Big talk for something the Biden team claims is nothing.
Journalist Michael Shellenberger doesn't believe they could possibly have checked all the sightings to call them all anomalous, and many of the sightings like the Coast Guard's can't be easily dismissed. And the number of them around military bases is concerning.
The DOD-FBI-DHS-FAA say they thoroughly investigated all ~6,000 drone reports, but there’s no way they could have. They’re lying because, apparently, they don’t want to talk about why they can’t control the airspace above either our military bases or our residential areas. pic.twitter.com/bfNjphFhyg— Michael Shellenberger (@shellenberger) December 17, 2024
Have the sightings stopped? /rhetorical question
If they aren’t America’s, one must assume China, Iran or Russia. The only reason I can see the Axis of evil doing this is to identify the sites that would cause the greatest damage militarily when dropping bombs on America or missiles.

WOW! I feel A LOT better now that the FAA has banned drones in those areas.
A large majority of Americans would trust the Coast Guard team over anyone in the Biden Administration and day of the week...
Welp the brain trust at federal government just put up a lot of TFRs (no fly zones) across New York and New Jersey.
These are marking critical infrastructure locations with a nice red circle.
Edit - Have the sightings mysteriously stopped now that the continuing resolution matter has ended? /rhetorical question
“WOW! I feel A LOT better now that the FAA has banned drones in those areas.”
Our governments response is to throw paper at them.
We know these are not consumer hobby drones.
Eventually, somebody will come out with a documentary about this. Perhaps it will be called:
“The Truth About Drones”.
If I had nickel for every time I’ve mistaken 30 drones 7 feet across for an airplane off in the distance.
The country flying the drones probably purchased our airspace with Jill and Hunter Biden painting exchange agreements.
At this point, saying that the Biden admin is “full of s__t” is on a par with saying “dogs bark.”
You’re right. Dog’s bark - water’s wet.
That said, as much as possible when we have the chance to back each other up we need to do it. Guys on that ship need to know citizens believe THEM. We don’t believe the liars in Biden’s Administration.
And we believe YOU when YOU say it’s like knowing dog’s bark.
The drones are attracting a lot of attention. They are trying to distract us. From what?
A Coastguardsman describes navigation lights as "Festive"???
Oh, I totally agree with that!
I don’t think those Coasties have to worry about being believed though.
Only frauds and those with severe mental disabilities believe Biden and his toadies now. :)
Three days ago, the government said that there was nothing to worry about, because the drones seen flying in the northeast are a combination of lawful commercial, hobbyist, and law enforcement drones that pose no security or public safety risk.
Then a day ago the FAA temporarily banned drones flying over certain areas in New Jersey and New York City through the middle of January.
This fraudulent administration can't be gone fast enough for me.
