Biden has the power of the Presidency, and has essentially been adjudicated non compos mentis, so he’s a good shill for anyone with a list of insults to common decency that they’d like to see implemented.

Exactly. Where else does a fired employee get to stay on for months, busily sabotaging the organization? Time to prohibit all lame-duck officials from doing ANYTHING after they lose their elections. Also time to get their replacements sworn in a whole lot quicker after an election, like about two weeks maximum.
