Absurd. What makes him tick has no bearing on guilt or innocence.

And yes, the photos made before the shooting can be used for evidence, like any other evidence.

I'm conflicted with chronic lower back pain since 1977, self treated with drugs, alcohol and pure grit to keep working and complaining . . . . and the story my 30 year old single father son just told me about waiting through a waiting period to have his teeth extracted (they're ugly stumps now) and set for surgery this Dec 9 and 19 for extraction and new dentures . . only to be told that the thousands he had saved (they told him up front to cover what insurance didn't) will now be $4200.00 more
