They know that we win in the end if we exchange cities with Russia as our cities are 3rd World S-holes, ripe for some ‘Urban Renewal’, while Russia’s cities are some of the nicest and safest in Europe (at least compared to today’s Western Europe).

That situation, ironically, gives the Neocons a ton of leverage against Russia, as the Russians would lose a lot of their major cities were to be destroyed, while the US would only end up losing tons of Blue Voters and Budget Deficits.
