From the thread (edited to remove cursing):

Shaun Maguire @shaunmmaguire Yup. True story. Hunter was our tenant in Venice, CA. Didn't pay rent for over a year. Tried to pay w/ art made from his own feces.

Hunter’s illegal actions will continue before, during and after Inauguration Day.

Pam Bondi should open a Federal Investigation as to the criminal activities post pardon.

Yeah, but anyone renting to a Biden - much less Hunter - gets what they deserve.

Just like his dad who has lived rent free in the White House for the last 3 years and 10 months, when not taking hundreds of days of free vacations. He also paid the US citizens back with shit policies.

Codified in law, the legal term for not paying rent.....unlawful detainer.

Keeping possession of real property without a right,
<><>such as after a lease has expired,
<><>after being served with a notice to vacate for non-payment
<><>other breaches of a lease,
<><>and being a “squatter” on the property.

Doesn’t the pardon only cover federal crimes? This is a county-level or city-level crime.

For anyone out there that’s pissed about this scumbag getting pardoned take heart.....people like that tend to revert back to their bad habits quite often......it’s why the recidivism rate is as high as it is in the prison system.

We’ll see this joker in a bind again and I doubt his daddy will be able to help this time.

I just hope he Effs up in Florida......his ass will be grass if that happens.

Yes, the landlord is screwed. If it’s a crime to stiff the landlord, he got away with it.

Maybe Hunter will send him a four of his paintings — and they’ll be even.

Why bother now? Nothing anyone can sue him for unless the pardon doesn’t get him off non fed offenses.

Unlawful Detainer in CA is not a crime. However, whomever signed the lease with the landlord is civilly liable for the back rent. SUE THE BAST**D.

I wouldn’t expect a presidential pardon to affect potential civil suits?

Hunter should give the landlord one of his (Hunter’s) paintings. Those paintings have no doubt shot up in value, talk about a solid investment.

I do believe Hunter (Rob) Biden may go on the nation’s largest crime spree from now until December 31st. My money is on an overdose with transnational little girls in a hot tub and 85 viagra in his system. This will take care of itself very shortly.
