It is my understanding that the appeals court was very skeptical of a fraud case where no fraud was committed. It seems the prosecutors asked not to be sanctioned at the end of the hearing.
Letitia James would not comprehend even 1/10 of what was said in this letter and will undoubtedly accuse Sauer of racism, sexism and negrophobia and then rant that she’ll never drop it.
That is one hard hitting slap-down of that vile -itch.
Trump needs to sue her sorry azz for civil rights violations and whatever else is appropriate to this phony case..

Wow, Tish’s tush got blistered big time by this blow torch letter. It clearly makes her out to be the Commie she is and she deserves every bit of the dressing down he gave her.
This whole letter is based on White Privilege and racism. There are just way too many multi-syllable words for this particular AG to understand.
Can someone refresh my memory? It can get hard to keep track of all these cases. Were the Engeron and Merchan cases both brought by James’s office?
It is a relatively recent development, that only applies to Trump, but historically as a sign of respect a person is still referred to by the highest title they achieved. It does not take a lot of research to see current articles written referring to President Obama. Only people that never accepted that he was 45 refuse to refer to him as President Trump.
That’s why they’re asking for the case to be dismissed WITH prejudice.
That means Trump can sue for damages
He probably knows that James does not know better.
