On Saturday, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a bill into law that prohibits the adoption of Russian children by citizens of countries where gender transition surgery is legal.
Russian lower house Speaker Vyacheslav Volodin, who was one of the authors of the bill, in response to Putin signing the bill into law, shared, “It is extremely important to eliminate possible dangers in the form of gender reassignment that adopted children may face in these countries.”
The adoption ban would apply to 15 countries, including Australia, Argentina, Canada, and several European countries.
Russia previously banned citizens from the United States from adopting Russian children in 2012.
Putin also signed legislation that bans the spread of material that discourages people from having children.

The Kremlin leader also approved legislation that outlaws the spread of material that encourages people not to have children.
The bills, which were previously approved by both houses of Russia’s parliament, follow a series of laws that have suppressed sexual minorities and bolstered longstanding conventional values.
Russian lower house Speaker Vyacheslav Volodin, who was among the new bill’s authors, said in a Telegram post in July that “it is extremely important to eliminate possible dangers in the form of gender reassignment that adopted children may face in these countries.”
As The Gateway Pundit previously reported, the Ukraine-Russia war escalated last week after Putin made changes to Russia’s nuclear doctrine after Biden decided to permit Ukraine to launch “long-range” missiles.

The orphans would probably prefer that Russia screen the potential parents as individuals rather than prevent all of them being adopted by parents from rich white countries.
Putin is infinitely better leader than Biden and those running the Biden regime and any blue state governor pushing sex changes on kids and transgender “women” abusing and taking opportunities away from real women.

I researched that question online and couldn’t come up with the answer.
But he doesn’t mind importing North Koreans and Syrians to kill Europeans.
It is so childish not to recognize that this is for foreign consumption.
He’s killing his youth by the hundreds of thousands, but preventing all the adoptions of Russians by Western counties, which no one cares about.
