A Capitol Police intelligence assessment obtained by ABC News warns of a heightened threat to government officials and election-related sites in the wake of the 2024 presidential election.
The report highlights the “likelihood of violence and civil unrest” around the 2025 electoral vote certification process and the presidential inauguration.

With just two months left before Trump’s inauguration there is absolutely no justifiable reason for Biden to escalate things with Russia. The country clearly wants to leave it to Trump to defuse/resolve the situation in Ukraine and elsewhere. We are tired of endless wars.
But wars are profitable and the Deep State and hawkish politicians don’t want to divest themselves from their “investments”. The republic is at a very dangerous point right now.
Russia just sent a powerful message to the west by firing an ICBM into Ukraine. The RS-26 Rubezh can deliver a thermonuclear warhead or an hypersonic glide vehicle.
This is the first time that an ICBM has ever been used in a war. Pause for a second and let that sink in.
Your logic can be entirely rational, but with Putin you cannot assume he see’s things the same way. Therein lies the danger in attempting to intimidate him. Trump understands Putin quite well and will use other forms of leverage that Putin will better respond to. Its not necessary or wise to poke the Bear; better to lead it toward another direction.
