In yet another blatant display of political persecution, former Mesa County, Colorado Clerk Tina Peters, 68—a gold star mother—was sentenced to 9 years in prison in early October.
In August, Peters was found guilty on seven of ten charges for preserving critical election data.
After bravely raising questions about election irregularities, Peters was relentlessly pursued by local and federal authorities, culminating in charges that were politically motivated from the outset.
Peters’ crime? Exposing the truth about what happened in the 2020 election.
As a last act before entering prison as the result of a political prosecution, Peters publicly released the Mesa County Colorado Voting System Forensic Examination and Analysis reports.
Tina asked her supporters to view her investigative reports on election integrity in Mesa County, Colorado. The reports 1-3 are found at tinapeters.us.
Tina Peters, a widow, and Gold Star Mother has never violated any laws. She is 69 years old and will be 78 when the state releases her from prison.

The two-tiered nature of the politically motivated Biden-Harris DOJ can be seen in the stark difference between how Tina Peters has been treated in contrast to how the serious breach of election security by Colorado Secretary of State Jena Griswold’s office has been addressed.
Griswold’s office left voting system passwords publicly accessible on the state’s website for several months.
Despite discovering the exposure on October 24, Griswold’s team only began to change the leaked passwords after the Colorado GOP brought the issue to light.

The troll is conveniently forgetting the key fact. TP was required by law to keep those records for 22 months. Corrupt Jena Griswold wanted them wiped out immediately to hide the election fraud happening.
Peters saved and protected the records.
The crime was that Griswold was destroying evidence.
Where the heck are you getting that? She did NOT plead guilty. She was convicted in a jury trial. A slanted one, but she fought it tooth and nail. And she most certainly did NOT request 9 years.

it took a jury of like-minded people to yourself to convict her beyond a reasonable doubt, we have jury pools like that in DC and NYC as has been proven, as well as the authoritarian judges. One of the reasons, after all, that John Hancock wanted that tea dumped was because the East India Tea Company undercut the price of his smuggled tea. Throughout history people have spent time in prison breaking laws that were immoral and oppressive to human rights.
Perhaps one day she will be considered one of those in the same regard as MLK, Gandhi, Joan of Ark etc, but I won’t hold my breath.

This is the REAL reason she’s being persecuted. Part of her duties, actual job description, is to make a backup of the voting data immediately after the election.
She had an IT guy come in to do that.
The cheaters absolutely couldn’t have that around because the true data would refute the numbers they were going to fudge, so they pounced on her.
The harassment she endured was absolutely sinful. Her son had JUST been killed in the war, and before she could even go through his belongings that the military had returned to her, the thugs (FBI I think) beat her door down and destroyed her house. They rifled through her son’s stuff.
I can’t even recall all the horrible things they did to her.
The charges she was hit with are made up to destroy her for believing the election was stolen, and because she had the proof (for Colorado).
This was covered about 75% of the time for months on War Room.

I live here. Nine years sentence is ridiculous in a state where Non-existent Venezuelan gangs have in fact created no go zones in and around Denver. Multiple rapes, assaults, murders. This was a political hit job and everyone, on both sides of the equation, understand exactly.
Given the extreme malfeasance and felonies from SOS Griswold & her minions, your argument is rather specious. And don’t bother answering back, you’re being allowed much more opportunities for defense than Ms. Peters.
