Send the missile storage box to Ukraine with a bribe inside, and send the actual missile to a warehouse leased out by a 3-letter agency. Save yourself the trouble of having to ship it to "our ally" and then ship it back.
And then biden/harris “avenge” the attack with some useless show of force somewhere unimportant and the mostly ignorant public’s approval of them would shoot up.
