You can hit big like FSU did last year and go 13-1, all the big NIL transfers departed, and they are 1-3 to start the season, their HS recruiting has been subpar.

In the NFL, teams that sign a bunch of free agents year in and year out like the Jaguars end up being terrible more times than not.

The core of your team has to be HS players you develop and college players you draft and develop and keep long term.

I think a lot of schools are going to drop football, they simply don’t have the money to compete with the big boys.
