Now that betting markets on politics is legal the bettors who got screwed by the cheat have grounds to sue. There is also the possibility of being prosecuted for rigging a market, kinda like rigging an NFL game.

No crime is needed to remove an FCC license if it can be demonstrated that ABC is not working in the interest of the public good.

Rigging a debate with the intent of altering an election outcome would fall into that category.

All that’s required is validation of the alleged whistleblower’s affidavit. Thereafter, it can be used as campaign material.
