People saying they will replace him with Kamala as President but then he can’t pardon Hunter and no guarantee she would, would look bad for her campaign so I’m thinking he won’t be replaced.

“They” cannot replace Biden without his going along with it (unless he dies). If they start the process, he pardons Hunter as yet another FU to those who stabbed him in the back. If he agrees to step down, he won’t be counting on anyone keeping their promises about pardons.
