What do people expect? The average age of a Ukrainian soldier is now 45. The men who were serving in the Ukrainian army at the beginning of this “conflict” are mostly dead and have been replaced men in there 40s and beyond along with underage boys. These newcomers are not professional soldiers and do not know what they are doing. They are little more than cannon fodder in most cases and we are trying to equip them with advanced systems that take a lot of training to master.
