Trump Announces He Would “Love” Endorsement from RFK Jr., Would Consider Hiring Him in his Administration
Patriot Journal ^ | 08/23/2024 | James Conrad

Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has become a major thorn in the side of the Democratic Party ever since he announced that he would be running for president as an Independent during this election cycle. Now, the left’s hatred for Kennedy is sure to grow even more after what former President Donald Trump just said about him.

Trump revealed that he is open to Kennedy serving in his administration if he wins this election. He said this after it was reported that Kennedy had reached out to Kamala Harris’ “highest intermediaries.” They then told him that her team had “no interest in talking.”

Kennedy had wanted to speak to Harris about her potentially giving him a cabinet position if he dropped out of the race and endorsed her. After she refused to talk to him, however, he was left disillusioned by both Harris and the Democratic Party. That’s when Trump chimed in to say that he both likes and respects Kennedy.

From Daily Wire:
“He’s a brilliant guy. He’s a very smart guy. I’ve known him for a very long time,” Trump said. “I didn’t know he was thinking about getting out, but if he is thinking about getting out, certainly I’d be open to it.”

Trump said that he would “love” an endorsement from Kennedy because he’s “always liked” him. He indicated that he “probably would” appoint Kennedy to a role in the administration if Kennedy were to drop out and endorse him.

“I like him a lot. I respect him a lot,” Trump said. “I probably would, if something like that would happen. He’s a very different kind of a guy — a very smart guy. And, yeah, I would be honored by that endorsement, certainly.”

This comes after Kennedy sent a brutal message to Harris and her campaign on social media.

“The Democratic Party positions itself as the party of liberty,” he wrote. “Kamala Harris says that Americans should make personal decisions without the ‘government telling them what to do.’ Tim Walz’s Golden Rule is ‘Mind your own damn business.'”

“In view of the censorship, surveillance, vaccine mandates, and the confederacy of fixers openly working to prevent me from getting on ballots, this is like the arsonist telling us he’s a firefighter,” he added. “I am running to make America once again the Land of Liberty.”

In view of the censorship,…

Harris Made A Big Mistake

It seems that Harris made a huge mistake when she refused to take Kennedy’s call. Had she simply been polite and spoken to him for a few minutes, she undoubtedly would have secured his endorsement. She then never would have had to worry about him in this race again. Instead, Harris threw his call in his face, and now she’s paying for it.

The Democrat establishment despises Kennedy because they can’t stand the thought of someone challenging the candidate that they’ve anointed. It should be noted that the Democrat elite usurped democracy to name Harris as Joe Biden’s replacement. Instead of letting Democrat voters have a say, they decided to effectively name Harris as the presumptive nominee themselves.

That’s why the thought of someone like Kennedy taking votes from Harris when voters finally are allowed to let their views on her be known is particularly terrifying for top Democrats.

This also shows once again just how savvy Trump really is. Just when Harris blew it by disrespecting Kennedy, Trump swept in to try and win over the Independent candidate. It’s easy to see why Trump has been such a successful businessman, while Harris has been one of the least popular vice presidents of all time.

In the end, we wouldn’t be surprised if Harris looks back on the way she handled Kennedy’s call as one of her biggest mistakes of this race.

Put him in charge of a reworked NIH and FDA.

That'll keep him busy.

Huh? kay-malo polite? I don’t get it. Seeing as how ‘they’ have a 92+/-% turn over rate in ‘their’ office, polite isn’t in the mix.

RFK Jr wants to severely prune back the State Dept and
abolish the profligate USAID (which his uncle started).

On many many issues, no.......but here he is an ally.

I was listening to the Markle, Van Camp and Robbins show yesterday and they suggested that Trump name RFK, Jr. as CIA director. It cracked me up but at the same time I think I might be okay with that.

As many have said. This comes to pass and Trump puts him in the position of special prosecutor, or in charge of the NIH etc, that frigging little weasel Dr Mengele Fraudci and Mike Pence are in for a nice ride.
People forget, FF Pence was put in charge of the boohoo flu debacle and Pence used Fauci to destroy Trumps administration.
Pence was the front man of the establishment and worked behind the scenes.

He’d have a Boss. Putting a rival like Kennedy in a Cabinet position would limit his purview so if he was, say, Sec. of HHS he wouldn’t be offering possibly contrary opinions about the FBI.

On the other hand, he IS a lawyer (a Master of Laws, in fact) so he’d probably be a better choice for Attorney General than any of Trumps previous picks. At least we’d get his uncle Jack’s files opened up at last!

Kennedy got more votes than Harris. She did not get ONE VOTE!.

She saw him as her biggest danger.

RFK/Shanahan aren’t the only ones the RATs are trying to destroy. Jill Stein also is the victim of their treachery. None of them are being silent about what’s happening to them.

PDJT has seen the files. I was thinking maybe he gave RFK that info as part of the negotiation for his support. I’m comfortable with that.

I wouldn’t want Trump to bring the Kennedy name back into prominence. He’d have to say JFK would not get nominated in today’s democrat party and that JFK Jr. was going to come out of the closet as a republican. Hillary had him bumped off before he could run for that senate seat she coveted.

Pardon Sirhan Sirhan before he dies. He’s around 80 now. Let him return to Lebanon as a conquering hero. RFK Jr. doesn’t think he did it. Just pardon him on the anniversary of Chappaquiddik.

*PDJT has seen the files.*

That means he knows what’s in them. He and Mike Pompeo. Gotta be a lot of them.

RFK Jr is the reason many disaffected dems won’t vote for Trump. They had Kamala and Biden and RFK gave them an alternative Dem to vote for.

I think we can do a little better with a new Ag than just opening up the JFK files. The justice department needs some serious cleaning up. DeSantis for AG. Paxton maybe

I see RFK withdrew from the race in Az but not nationally yet.
Here in Az polls are showing RFK taking more votes from Trump then Harris because of the number of Never Trump Republicans using him as a receptacle to throw away their votes. In Michigan, it is the other way around with the Hamas crowd using RFK as a receptacle to throw away their votes. I am wondering if Trump and RFK agreed it would be more helpful just to withdraw from battlegrounds where he is hurting Trump and stay in the ones where he is hurting Harris. If so, sounds like a good strategy

Putting a Kennedy to work, that’s a good one.

Kennedys don’t work, they just politic.

Holding a job is a responsibility, the Kennedys are just not built for.

Holding office is another matter.

Holding office doesn’t require much, Joey proved that.

They can do that.

The democrats will try to impeach and prosecute Trump yet again if the can make any argument that there is a quid pro quo between Trump an Kennedy trading Kennedy’s endorsement for a cabinet appointment. Trump needs to be very clear up front (before any endorsement) that while he would welcome Kennedy’s endorsement, it would play absolutely no role in any later appointments.
