In retrospect, my questions are this:
1. What did Obama do for the Bush's that they would support him?
2. Was there something in the past that the Bush did for Obama that he would subsequently befriended Bush?
3. I still want to know why the Bush's hate Trump so much. What is it that has them to vengeful against him?

I think they hate trump because he stole their party from them. The Bush family had been understood as the top dogs in the GOP and had significant influence.
They are globalists, and Trump isn’t. He doesn’t play the game their rules.
