Gotta agree. It made an interesting point. But there was nothing decisive there. An undecided voter could well look at that ad, and say “Wow. Covid really did mess us up.”

What we really need them to say is “Wow. Biden and Harris really did mess us up.”

That’s pretty much my take on it. The Scandemic and timeline confuse the fact that later on after 2021, Biden/Harris set about systematically destroying the economy.

It would have been much better if they’d even juxtaposed that (those two things, then) with her saying “nothing wrong now” or the like.
