Q: What are your thoughts about the guilty verdicts?

A: It’s an interesting verdict. As we were going through the trial, we saw that the prosecution would not let us in with any of our affirmative defenses. Much excluded evidence was kept from the jury. For instance, the codemonkeyz video that they kept talking about — that was so “damning” — they never would let the jury see it. If they would have seen it, they would have seen there were no passwords in there.

Speaking to the passwords, when I took that video, it was because Conan (Hayes) was not even there at the trusted build yet. The trusted build went on for an hour and a half before he was even there. I was keeping track of what was going on to the best of my ability, so that he would know what he had missed.

Tina Peters is a Gold Star Mother and former Mesa County (Colorado) Clerk & Recorder. Peters was able to obtain and preserve evidence that the Colorado SoS office was erasing election records from Dominion voting machines during their "Trusted Builds". Peters' evidence was discussed at Mike Lindell's Cyber Symposium in South Dakota. Peter's has been convicted of 7 out of 10 charges against her. Four felonies: three counts of attempting to influence a public servant and one count of conspiracy to commit criminal impersonation. She was also convicted of first-degree official misconduct, violation of duty and failure to comply with an order from the secretary of state, which are all misdemeanors.

The SoS office has since been successful in stopping the spread of Peters' evidence, which has since been ordered by a court to be deleted.

That seems to be grounds for appeal right there.
I don't see how it is legal for the prosecution to bring up a video and the defense not be allowed to show it.
