Specifically, they have accused Trump and Musk of attempting to intimidate and threaten workers who exercise their rights to engage in protected activities such as strikes.

Seems like a big possibility would be a national right to work law for company with a government contract or subcontract, or receiving a federal grant or subsidy.

The UAW should be more concerned with the fact that their products can't compete in their home market. Look on any highway or any parking lot. Do you see record profits being made?

They and what's left of the US auto industry should be working together to retake their home market, or they won't have an auto industry to take it with.
