“Is Mongolian law binding on US citizens? I don’t think so.’

Is Jamaican law binding in the United States?

When you become a citizen you have to take an oath swearing allegiance to only the United States and the renunciation of foreign allegiances.

Jamaican law is binding on Jamaican citizens.

For citizens of Jamaica it is.

The reverse is also true. A U.S. citizen earning money in Jamaica owes taxes to the IRS, Jamaican law be damned.

No but it is upon it’s citizens. Harris was a Jamaican citizen at birth through her father.
