My mother, who was really savvy, once said, “You can’t take over America like someplace where you arrest the leader, take over the radio station and the airport. The US is just too big.” I’d add to that we have fifty cantankerous states and dozens upon dozens of politicians from the local sheriff to governors who won’t go along with communism. The thing about communism is it fails right out of the box. It may be like the US catching the flu and then becoming immune. Recovery will be long and expensive. But it’s possible it’s something we’ll have to catch in order to become immune. It’s similar to the US Civil War. There was probably no way to avoid it. It had to happen, and we had to survive it. Same thing. We need an immunity that wipes out the government sponsored riots and universities that teach gender theory. The immunity would come in the form of people finally saying “NO! Ain’t gonna do that!” We aren’t there yet. Everyone stays silent just hoping whatever is going on will miss them. Immunity activates all of society. Someone with rainbow hair glues himself in the middle of a busy expressway and a driver gets out and beats the hell out of him (and here’s the immune part) doesn’t get arrested for it. We aren’t there yet. Not the beatdown part, but the not getting arrested part. I sense a sea change going on. We’re close.

You have it exactly backwards. US law is binding on US citizens of which there are several classes. Naturalized, native-born and Natural-born.

When KamelToe was taken to Canada, did Mom or Dad pay taxes to the US as every Citizen would have had to?
If not, then they didn’t have any legal obligation to, so they were not subject to US Jurisdiction, hence any children would not be Natural Born Citizens.

What’s interesting is that any discussion of the Natural Born Citizen requirement AND ordinary birthright citizenship is being scrubbed from many sites.
John Eastman of the Claremont Institute is responsible for a significant amount of writing, opinions and Amicus Curiae briefs on the subject and his material is clearly being taken down. Any opinion contrary to the Party Line is being hurriedly nuked lest someone raise the point.
None of this used to be controversial. Can anyone imagine a guy whose father was Kenyan - never a citizen or lawful permanent resident - being a viable Presidential candidate in say, 1952?
But now they want to kick the can further and further down the road...so that a total foreigner can take power and stomp the US out of existence. But not after shipping all the nukes to their overseers country, wherever that might be.
This will never go anywhere. Examining this will lead to examinations of other aspects of unconstitutional actions by our government and that’s the last thing the Deep State can have happen.

What is a unnatural citizen?

I do not credit that 14th Amendment. I credit the father of it. The 14th Amendment defines a citizen for slaves only. It does not define natural born citizenship.
On page 12 the filing begins arguing there are three class of citizens, naturalized, "native born", and natural born citizens. It treats "native born" the same as naturalized and puts Harris in the "native born" class.
Under US law and case law, there are only two types of citizens, naturalized and natural born. There is no third class of "native born" citizens who are not natural born citizens and are legally treated as naturalized citizens, or any third classification citizen at all.
By claiming and arguing from a third class of American citizenship that does not exist this case will fail.
