Tucker Carlson has been talking for a while now, about the parallels/similarities of how the CIA and Intelligence Community targeted Richard Nixon and how the same group targets Donald Trump almost 50 years later.

If you listen/watch the interview conducted by Tucker, Hillary was a minor character in the Watergate investigation, he went into some of the lawyers and especially Chief Judge John Sirica who was having ex parte meetings with the prosecutors in the case against Nixon, the ex parte meetings are totally against all legal precedents, so serious was the meetings, in ordinary cases, you could be disbarred and jailed over such meetings.
The two people within the Nixon Administration who were targeted by this person were G. Gordon Liddy and John Dean.
This person really goes into great detail about how Nixon was railroaded.

Nixon was a bad dude—a fully owned subsidiary of Howard Hughes—who got set up and crushed by badder and more corrupt dudes.
If it was LBJ, no one would have cared about Watergate.

He set up China to dominate. How? It’s simple. He kept the Soviets in line with that move. Carter then comes along, normalizes relations and then BJ gives them MFM status. Nixon gets recognized and the democrats run with in a way that includes Loral payoffs.
Think SPR. Carter created it, Trump fills it up on the cheap and Biden half empties it.
It’s all politics. Conservatives are for a strong military and it becomes the plaything of the democrats to change. Military members can’t fight back so they don’t bother to enlist.
I felt all along that Nixon and his entire administration were set up.
I believed at the time and still do, that the entire Nixon administration should have been given medals and hailed a heroes. They successfully kept a known communist out of the White House.
The greatest show ever would be Shepard and lying weasel Woodward ( not Bernstein, he’s too, too much of a lying weasel) moderated by Tucker.

I think that this was one of Tucker’s most fascinating interviews and the information that came out was unbelievable. Along these same veins, Shepard mentions Len Colodny’s book ‘Silent Coup’ and I didn’t hear a lot of areas where Shepard disagrees with what is in Silent Coup. By the way, which documentary are you referring to... I know that there is lots of lectures that Shepard has done but did he do a documentary?

Howard Hughes had many federal contracts over the years—and Richard Nixon as VP was his gofer to help get him the contracts.
