I wonder if Harris will debate Trump the same way that she debated Mike Pence in 2020. The main stream media didn’t make a big deal about that debate four years ago. I suspect that will be her strategy: repeat her debate performance from 4 years ago.

After Kamala says something, usually garbage, I have noticed she looks at the people she is speaking to, if there isn’t a reaction she immediately says “right?”, then starts cackling and nodding her head to get them to agree and laugh with her. So she starts out being serious, realizes she flubbed it and then turns it into a joke. I also notice, when she is uneasy she keeps her arms folded in front of her. She knows she is completely out of her element, has quite an inferiority complex.

Her whole life has been one big indulgence and for the first time she’s having to stand somewhat on her own. And that’s problematic for her, especially at an age where she is what she is. Her personality, such that it is, is not going to change at this point.

Yes. I have seen it in a number of professions, including Academia, Medical, and even in the Arts. Just because somebody has been slid through the system, either by Afirmative Action, DEI, or even Kamala's "ancient" methods, doesn't mean they can do the job when they get to the "top".

A little story that may be relevant:

A regular attendee of Open Mike Nights in our area is a woman who suffers from mental illness. She has a really nice voice, but her affect is very flat, and she presents a very dissheveled and unprofessional stage persona. Morbidly obese, poorly dressed, her hair uncombed, and no make-up, she sings at least three songs every Open Mike . The other participants help her out with guitar accompniment, and are very affectionate and tolerant to her, because she actually CAN sing. But she is definitely NOT what one would call a "Performing Artist."

Anyway, she managed to book a Three Hour Gig at a local venue. We have no idea how she was able to do that, except perhaps she offered to do it for less money than the rest of us Working Musicians. The gig was a disaster, and the venue has since stopped booking musical acts. All of our kindness and tolerance backfired on us. Where do you draw the line?
