That's why I figured that Beau Biden's DNA might be more likely to still exist in databases. Of course, it could also be his uncle James, or his sister, or other family members who might have had their DNA captured for some reason (perhaps because of some kind of law enforcement activity).
I just assumed that Beau's military service might be a reason for his DNA to be cataloged; I don't know if the military makes everyone give a DNA sample for wartime identification purposes, if needed.
