The Dems know the presidential ticket is a loser and will put on only expendable politicians. Kamala, as is usual for VP, is a politician to be put to pasture... so she’s top of ticket.
For the VP, some politician who has nothing to lose. What about Sen. Ben Cardin of MD, who has already retired and who sat-in for Kamala at the Netanyahu speech.
Alternative is the former Virginia Governor, who was close to the Clintons, Terry McAlliffe?

The Democrat Party of 2000 accepted Joe Lieberman as their VP candidate. The anti-Semitic Democrat Party of 2024 won’t accept Josh Shapiro as the VP. Too many young Democrat voters have been instilled with a resentment of anything related to Jews and Israel.
