Something so bad they don't think he'll make it to November?
I visited my Dad one weekend; he seemed "OKish", considering his age and declining health. Five days later, I got the dreaded "get here NOW" phone call. Didn't make it in time. Death can come very swiftly.
Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee who just died Friday was diagnosed, in June I think, with pancreatic cancer, one of the swiftest ones..........
