From the article:
The U.S. military has had its own interest in precision-guided munitions that can still function effectively in the face of heavy electronic warfare jamming. Yeah, and ethnic Russian civilians in the Donbass region of Ukraine as well as civilians in Russia are the intended guinea pigs to test them on, instead of testing them at sea or in the desert.

What goes around comes around Russian just wiped out a bunch of Ukrania civilians

Cheap and fast... right.....
Does it have a paper “Black Cat” or “Thunderbomb” label wrapped around it?

That children's hospital is suspected to have been hit by the remains of a U.S./NATO/Ukrainian intercept missile.
Meanwhile, a Ukrainian missile killed two individuals in Poland.

Using U.S. missiles on Russian citizens at the behest of corrupt globalists supporting Ukraine is proof that we're living in nothing more than a blackmail-ocracy.
These same globalists would turn missiles on U.S. citizens too.

How much did they have to pay off the DEI types to simply GET OUT OF THE WAY, at least on this one, tiny, program?

The Russians used to steal technology from us, now we're stealing glide bomb technology from them.
How the mighty have fallen.

Lessons learned, R&D advances.
These are also likely useful elsewhere.
Like Taiwan, Philippines, Korea, rest of NATO, etc.
Cheap means, probably, larger numbers and they can be made elsewhere.

Hmm.
There are a lot of weapon systems that HAVE hit the trifecta.
Or, at least, “good enough”.
