Why don’t they say he has Alzheimer’s or other age-related dementia?

But it starts with parkinsons and expands from there. His mental decline was first identified in an article by the Guardian with his falling going up the gang plank of AF1 in 2021 and many other instances afterwards.
To a doctor, it is obvious. And some doctoras have said he could not possibly pass the test given that Trump has already taken and passed, the cognitive test. Too much evidence to call it a ruse.

"Was I supposed to say that last part guys?"... As they haul him off the podium and stage with a cane around his neck.
He could have Alzheimers, Parkinson’s, Lewy Body Dementia caused by Parkinson’s, or caused by vascular problems related to his surgeries, or any combination of the above.

And by the way 20-40 % develop hallucinations and delusions.

Correct. Parkinson’s will evoke empathy from the sheeples.
Alzheimer’s is a specific diagnosis that requires MRIs or other scans.
Vascular dementia used to be called old age senility. Again, without some tests it’s just a guess.
No doctor should be giving a diagnosis without an examination.
And really…..do we need one?
