The ruling was perfectly reasonable and in line with history and precedent. A President is immune for official acts under the Constitutional provisions of the office, may be immune for partially official acts based on determination of the facts, and not immune from totally unofficial acts. This is sound and protects the office not just Trump.
These people are unhinged because 1) they can’t necessarily prosecute Trump on their entire wish list of charges and entrapments and 2) they need something to demagogue and gaslight the American people into being “afraid for our democracy”.
