Maybe. But if what they have been doing just got a world class smack down, they risk more of in the future. See post #12 by apillar.
To be fair to my plumber, the guy who came to my home suggested the Glacier Bay toilet; the guy at the office who wrote up the estimate misunderstood what he was told and quoted the pressure assist toilet by mistake. I'm having them rewrite the estimate.

Washing machines with enough rinse water to get detergent out of clothing.
Dishwashers that take less than three hours to clean a load of dishes.
How about some DDT, let’s kill all mosquitos.
the corvair! rear engine, trunk in front...coolest car ever made. Ralph nader sucks.
I’d think that the one of the first actions President Trump should undertake is to issue an EO that requires Executive Agencies to review all their major administrative rules and regulations ushered in under the aegis of the Chevron doctrine and provide concrete, statute-based interpretation justifications as to why they shouldn’t be rescinded.
Any rule/regulation that cannot be clearly justified (i.e., those relying on statute ‘motherhood’ intentions) would then be readdressed by EO/EA. One of the WORST offenders with regard to this is the ATF.
I’ll try to figure out what was installed during our reno about 7 years ago.
How about washing machines and dishwashers that actually WORK? Like they used to.
Also air conditioners that don’t have aluminum-foil-flimsy coils that fail after five years, instead of the twenty years that they SHOULD last for.
And tractors and other diesel equipment without DEF and tier 4 diesels.
the stupid spouts on the gallon gas cans
There must be untold thousands that were never contested because of Chevron.
The decision is still the product of Roberts the crapweasel, because although it overturns Chevron, it offers little guidance to the lower courts about how to proceed, and, especially, did not elaborate any specific limits on Congress' ability to delegate authority to agencies.
The outcome is likely to be dozens and dozens of circuit splits that will take years if not decades to resolve.
This is just like Bruen, which has simply resulted in so many circuit splits that in the 5th Circuit it may turn out that even suppressors are "bearable arms" and that part of the NFA will be struck down, while in the 7th, 2nd, and 9th circuits you would think Bruen doesn't even apply.
5 gallon flush toilets!!!
Full flow shower heads.
L
Diazinon
Plentiful and cheap freon - all flavors.
Absolutely!
LOL yes.
Bump!
I am curious about those. If some were made on fraud science, perhaps those can be challenged.
All of those - YES!!!!
Get rid of TPS in tires/wheels. They never work and the light is always on and it costs a fortune to fix....
