While he is not my favorite, he does check a lot of boxes. And he is not in the swamp. Who knows if what he says is also what he believes? He certainly understands the issues. And he can articulate them. I think there is something wrong with every candidate. So you are just going to get some flaws whoever it is. Vivek is his own man. He is rich enough to stand on his own.

Only a quick internet search, so could be wrong, but looks like Vivek’s mother was not an American Citizen when he was born. He shouldn’t be considered a natural born American citizen. Father never became an American citizen. Vivek shouldn’t be picked, or republicans are endorsing anchor baby logic.

There's a difference. Obama was smooth because the press allowed him to be unchallenged. He didn't have to be smart, or quick with his ability to answer. And he was deemed wonderful by them even though he wasn't.

Vivek can go anywhere, be subjected to hostility, derision, and lies, yet he deals with it all very well. Comes across sharp, quick, undaunted, and almost always wins debate points with intelligence and that happy warrior demeanor.

He's quite good under fire. Obama never knew what fire was like since he experienced nothing difficult.
