I’m still waiting on an explanation as to why a State Court’s gag-order can be enforced outside that State?
Trump will be in Georgia.
To enforce that gag-order Merchan will have to \directly\ violate Trump’s 1A rights.
There is no “interstate reciprocity” agreement regarding the 1st Amendment that I know of.

Article 4, Section 1.

Full Faith and Credit shall be given in each State to the public Acts, Records, and judicial Proceedings of every other State. And the Congress may by general Laws prescribe the Manner in which such Acts, Records and Proceedings shall be proved, and the Effect thereof.

Actually, there is. It’s called the 14th Ammendment. It makes the US constitution and the rights granted part of the law of every state in the country.
