45% of the voting public will vote Democrat no matter what, even if they don't like Biden. 45% will vote Republican no matter what, even if they don't like Trump. The battle is over the 10% in the middle who could be influenced or persuaded to go one way or the other. The phony convictions in Merchan's court may mean that 2 or 3% of the uncommitted voters in the middle won't vote for Trump, but the spectacle of a former President being bundled off to prison on such dubious grounds may not go over well with the other 7 or 8%.

Trump can simply ask Biden why his DNC has spent millions of dollars prosecuting him by paying for the legal expenses of the law firms involved. Trump should also mention the White House communication timelines, the DOJ personnel now working as a low level assistant to the Prosecutor in NYC.
Then Trump should state that he will try Biden for his Brisma Ukrianian influence peddeling and corruption if elected and strip the Biden family of all their wealth with heavy fines and put them all in jail.
