This video was not from Congressional debate. Schiff said this on his own time. He should not be immune to a libel lawsuit.
Or do Congress-critters have license to slander all the time and not just when they’re in Congressional debate?
And another thing. If the J6 Committee is declared to be null and void because it was illegally constructed, could that open up the committee members to libel suits because what they televised was NOT authorized by Congress?
