Profoundly true. And he speaks in terms that people understand instead of hiding behind disingenuous rhetoric, dissembling and verbal smoke screens. He speaks directly and without equivocation. That alone makes him widely trusted. He’s not your typical lying and self-serving DC politician.
Having been associated with construction crews in his professional business life, he’s not afraid to actually touch and look into the eyes of ordinary working people, union or otherwise. He has caused the employment of more people, minorities and others, than any pol on the planet, and without raising taxes or increasing the size of government.
