Don’t know the number, here’s a report from June 18.

I’m not sure telling the president counts as a link. I wouldn’t be surprised if the president and congressional leaders are pretty regularly given info about soon to be announced rulings just as courtesy.

It could be anybody. Could be the lowest clerk or typist or whatever. I don’t think one of the justices would be involved.
