A beloved grandmother and great-grandmother were tragically killed in a car crash on M-53 in Shelby Township, Michigan last Thursday.
63-year-old Crystal Brunn and her 88-year-old mother were killed after Jose Eugeno Medina-Hernandez, an illegal alien, rear-ended a car, causing a multi-vehicle pileup.
According to reports, Jose Eugeno Medina-Hernandez was driving a box truck rented from Enterprise.
Prosecutors charged the illegal with misdemeanors: ‘Moving violation causing death.’

According to the Macomb County Prosecutor’s office, Medina-Hernandez was charged with two counts of Moving Violation Causing Death (one year misdemeanors and a $2,000 fine).

The victims vehicle was a 4 door, and clearly shows the impact crushed the victims vehicle, pushing the rear end forward, all the way to the front doors The victims heads were likely detached from their spinal cords when their bodies recoiled backwards due to sudden and brutal impact forces..

Per Wiki "You do not have to be a U.S. citizen to get a Michigan driver's license. However, you must be “legally present” in the U.S. Some examples of being legally present include having Lawful Permanent Resident (LPR) status, a valid visa, or employment authorization.
If he was driving on a Michigan drivers license perhaps Gretchen Whitener will answer this or whatever state his drivers license was from.
Enterprise will not rent a vehicle without a valid drivers license. However, they are liable for this. Their liability will not bring the innocents back to life.
Oddly one can rent cars with a valid foreign license. I have done this frequently overseas where I lived. In addition when I came home I was flying on British Licenses until I got my FAA licenses and it was all legal. I even rented planes. My point is Enterprise is libel for this wreck and loss of life but not the perps status if he presented a valid license even from another nation. But, Enterprise will pay a lot of money and deservedly so.
And some NGO “charity will pay this illegals fine and set him up in a nice apartment all expense paid. American citizens are expendable when it comes to the foreign invasion of New Democrats.
I've been saying for a while now that the D.A.'s, Judge's, Attorney Generals, etc., that let these violent offenders back out on the street with no bail, or on reduced charges, that when they commit another crime, that the person who let them walk the first time, should be held criminally responsible right along with the perp they let walk free.

Yep - and forget about insurance for those still living as if there is any, it is probably minimal.
There should be a law that any driver who is uninsured in an accident cannot sue for any damages if they are injured or lose property in a crash.
That's not far from me. Traffic was likely at a stand still and the perp never slowed down.
A few years ago, a close friend was rear ended in an identical accident and his wife was killed.
