By “leave the stage” do they mean the overall political stage or just whatever stage he happens to be on while mumbling what he attempts to read from a teleprompter?

I was laughing my ass off to this video, watching this old fart walk aimlessly and confused around on stage until that sinking feeling set in with me wondering “who IS actually running the country”?

The “nuclear codes” reference is juvenile. The President doesn’t enter an 18 digit code like a credit card number, and Poof… off go 137 ICBM launches.
Biden doesn't have operational authority control over the Football. I'm not sure any President since JFK has. Trump certainly didn't - Milley or one of the other IC stooges would simply have ignored and overridden any launch order Trump gave.
